Oi yoi yoi! This was ok at the beginning and had the potential to be good but the zing just disappeared quite quickly and left you feeling a little deprived of a good middle and ending. I kinda knew she was going to get pregnant, I knew something was going to happen about that too and then I kinda knew she would leave him and then hey presto get back together. I felt Jackson's character couldn't be determined and then finally decided to send him really over the edge nasty, instead of plain old nasty - that just didn't feel right because of the good glimpses you got of him too. All in all I am sorry to say this was so predictable and some scenes just seemed to be thrown into fill the void and make the book longer, don't get me wrong it's an ok read just not one I'll visit again and it won't leave any lasting impression on me at all other than it wasn't brilliant.
